Please Note: When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from you account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from you account as soon as the same day we receive your payment and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
Repair Requests (click this link to make an online repair request)
If you have a minor repair, please visit the Forms section and submit a repair request via email or fax, or you may call our office at 512.693.4772.
If you have an emergency repair request, please call our office at 512.693.4772. If it is after hours, leave a message on the emergency number and someone will call you back immediately. When leaving a message please speak clearly and leave your name, phone number, property address and the nature of the emergency.
Please Note: The Emergency Pager is expressly for emergencies. Use of the pager for a non-emergency will result in a $50.00 fine. An emergency is defined as anything causing excessive damage to the property or threat to life. For instance, unstoppable running water inside the property, sewage backing up into the property, or an electrical hazard where injury to self, others or fire is imminent. Items such as non-working air conditioning units, heaters, continuously running sprinkler systems, and accidental lock out are not emergencies and need to be reported during normal business hours.
